
张红星,男,黑龙江哈尔滨,工学博士,教授,beat365院长。
beat365教授,食品科学与工程一级学科带头人,博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院食品科学专业,兼任北京食品学会副理事长、农产品有害微生物及农残安全检测与控制北京市重点实验室主任、中国环科会绿色包装专委会秘书长,入选北京长城学者、北京市中青年骨干教师、北京市优秀人才。
研究方向为食品生物技术和食品微生物,主要开展益生菌及其代谢产物功能研究、食品发酵技术研究及功能性发酵食品开发,在乳酸菌素抗菌和调节肠道健康机制研究、益生菌降胆固醇和降血脂机制研究、益生菌在抗肿瘤的作用研究方面取得了一定成果。
主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家863科技计划子课题、国家科技支撑项目子课题等国家级、省部级和企业横向项目40余项。发表科研论文100余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇。获得授权国家发明专利30余项,获得省部级科研成果奖、教学成果奖4项。
